Our oyster knife has an ergonomically-designed handle for ultimate comfort and our signature non-slip grip for maximum security while shucking the toughest of oysters. Engineered with commercial-grade 440C stainless steel and a curved tip for maximum leverage, the Paddoc Shucker is built to easily hinge any oyster with very little force.
