Description: Surefire 3 Prong Flash Hider/Suppressor Adapter for AK47. The advanced SureFire SF3P-762-M14X1 LH three-prongflash hider, which fits the AK-47 rifle and 7.62 mm firearms with M14x1left-hand metric muzzle threads, features a patent-pending design thatgreatly reduces muzzle flash—typically greater than 99%—when comparedwith a plain muzzle. Boasting robust tines built to withstand the rigorsof combat, the SF3P-762-M14X1 LH also serves as a rock-solid mountingadapter for SureFire SOCOM Series 7.62 mm Fast-Attach®suppressors, the SOCOM762-RC model having recently won the Mk13 Mod 1sniper rifle contract award with the US Special Operations Command inthe most extensive and rigorous suppressor testing ever conducted.
Precision machined from US mill-certified heat-treated stainless steelbar stock—and including high-precision single-point cut threads foroptimum thread interface—the SF3P-762-M14X1 LH flash hider is given ablack Ionbond DLC coating to provide maximum protection under harshenvironmental conditions and to facilitate cleaning, even after extremeuse.
When used in conjunction with a SureFire SOCOM Series suppressor, thepatent-pending design of the SF3P-556-M14X1 LH provides multiple bearingsurfaces to ensure superior suppressor alignment and to prevent theaudible ringing of tines inside the suppressor. A rear labyrinth sealminimizes potential carbon buildup in the indexing system andfacilitates suppressor removal after extended firing.
SureFire flash hiders are individually inspected for concentricity andalignment and are covered by SureFire’s No-Hassle Guarantee.
