The Magpul Hunter X-22 Takedown Forend is a drop-in replacement forend for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown built around the Hunter X-22 Takedown Stock system. Molded from reinforced polymer with a reversible barrel tray, it accommodates factory pencil-profile barrels as well as aftermarket bull barrels up to .920″ in diameter, so shooters running an upgraded barrel can still get a proper fit. It’s designed for owners who want to swap barrels on a Hunter X-22 Takedown-equipped rifle without buying a whole new stock set.
